Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, holidays, high order volume, or promotional events. Our team works hard to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Time

We ship to most locations where our shipping carriers are available. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5–7 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe: 5–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60.

For orders under $60, a standard shipping fee of $4.95 applies.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. If expedited shipping is available for your location, the shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be displayed before payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

Velnora™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any customs-related charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Velnora™ is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, misplaced, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@velnorawellness.com.

Address changes may only be possible before the order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Velnora™ is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, building manager, local postal service, or delivery carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@velnorawellness.com. Our support team will review the case and work with you to find a fair solution where possible.

For packages confirmed lost during transit before delivery, we may offer a replacement shipment or refund depending on the situation and carrier investigation.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, warehouse processing, or carrier routing.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
